Please remember that to dispense any medications, we require a valid client/patient/doctor relationship. This ensures that your pet is healthy enough to receive the medications that the veterinarian recommends.

Refill Your Prescription for in Clinic pick up

Current Gamble Pet Clinic clients can request refills of medications that their pets are currently on. Simply fill out the following form, we’ll find your pet’s prescription and let you know when you can come pick it up.
